Tofu Scramble

Once you handle a vegan omelet head-on, it looks like the solely logical factor to do is grasp the artwork of the tofu scramble. Not to sound cocky or whatnot, however, I agree with I may also have achieved it. Let’s do this!

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g block  association tofu
  • 1/4tsp turmeric
  • sea salt, black pepper
  • spear of inexperienced onion
  • handful of parsley
  • 1tbs olive oil (optional)


METHOD

  1. Place the tofu on a nonstick pan, mash it into a fall apart with the fork.
  2. Turn on the heat, add turmeric, salt, pepper, and a spoon of water so the flavors are evenly distributed.
  3. Once it’s heated thru and water is evaporated add the herbs, combine nicely and flip off the heat.
  4. You don’t prefer it to be too dry. Add olive oil if used.
  5. Serve it alongside veggies or in a pita bread sandwich with some hummus or tahini.
